Terms & Conditions

These are the following Terms and Conditions for the Offer Letter of Employees;

  • Monthly Salary will be counted from 1 to 30/31/29/28 of every month without any Company Leave (May be taken by Employee in an Emergency cases) in your project and will be delivered till 25 of Every Next Month.
  • Mobile kit and safety kit, which are provided to you need to return to the Company as it is provided to you, in case of failure you will be charged the same value.
  • Applicable Tax (Professional Tax: 175/200) would be borne by the employee.
  • Statutory Deduction whichever applicable will be deducted from your salary as per Gov. Rule (if applicable).
  • This letter is purely Offer Letter and not the letter of appointment unless of otherwise you comply and full fill all the joining formalities and signed all the terms and conditions of the company before joining.
  • If you fail to clear Medical / OHS Training / any other Training which compulsory as per the job requirement , this offer letter will be automatically cancelled and company will not pay any salary for the duration between joining date and Training result dates.
  • Similarly, if your background verification comes negative, then this offer letter will be automatically cancel and company will not pay any salary for the duration between joining date and result of the background verification date. 
  • You will be bound with all the Company’s policies either in existence or framed by the company in future. Same will be informed to you through HR / Delivery Team on time-time to basis.
  • You will be have to submit your all educational and experience certificates as you indicated in your request CV / Resume based on which you have been selected.
  • You may require from one place to other place as per company’s requirement. Refusal to move as per company requirements may end your  job automatically without any notice.
  • Your probation period will be 180 Days. Or it can be extended further based on your performance and company requirement. 
  • During probation period, notice period will be of 15 working days to either side. If the employee failed to serve the notice period during probation, the company will not pay the current month’s salary, also the experience / relieving letter or salary slips. 
  • Your Confirmation Mail Required to freeze the HR Department Formalities.

  • You, This Offer Letter will not be valid if you fail to report & submit the documents mentioned below within the stipulated period on the date of joining.
    1. 4 Passport size photograph.
    2. Date of Birth proof certificate (Driving License/ 10th certificate/ voter ID card).
    3. Address proof certificate. (Passport / voter ID card / PAN card / Driving License).
    4. All Qualification certificates.
    5. Previous company experience letter and salary slip.
